Troubleshooting issues

Use the following table to troubleshoot common issues. If you do not see your issue listed or still need assistance after troubleshooting, contact IT Support (+1 283.227.6987).

The room’s display shows a black screen when I arrive for a meeting.

The room console is still presenting content. To stop presenting, tap the Stop sharing button (StopSharing.png) on the room console.

I do not see my meeting on the room console.

Make sure the Outlook meeting includes a Teams meeting.

There is echoing or feedback.

Confirm that everyone in the room has muted their laptop.

I need to join a Zoom meeting, but the meeting does not show up on the room console with a Join button.
