Join in-person meetings (without Teams)
During an in-person meeting, you can share content from your laptop on the room’s display without a Teams meeting. If the room does not have an HDMI cable, add a Teams meeting, then follow the steps above to share through Teams.
Tip
The room camera turns on automatically when you join a meeting. Make sure all attendees in the room are ready before joining.
To join in-person meetings:
Plug the HDMI cable into your laptop.
Tip
If you need an HDMI adapter or the HDMI cable is not working, contact IT Support (+1 283.227.6987).
To stop sharing content, unplug the HDMI cable from your laptop.
